1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolanaFlyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

SolanaFlyer is currently in testnet phase. All gameplay uses testnet SOL with no real monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SolanaFlyer. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SolanaFlyer complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Game Rules

Gameplay

SolanaFlyer is a crash game where players bet on a rising multiplier. The multiplier can crash at any moment. Players who cash out before the crash win their bet multiplied by the cashout value. Players who do not cash out before the crash lose their bet.

Provably Fair

All game outcomes are determined by transparent on-chain logic. The crash point for each round is cryptographically predetermined and verifiable.

Finality

All transactions are final once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. We cannot reverse, refund, or modify any completed transactions.

4. Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. SolanaFlyer will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

Any transactions initiated from your connected wallet are considered authorized by you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the game logic
  • Engage in collusion with other players
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes
  • Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • Crash games involve significant risk of loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose your entire bet in any round
  • Cryptocurrency values are volatile
  • Smart contracts may contain unforeseen vulnerabilities

7. Limitation of Liability

SolanaFlyer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Technical failures or network issues
  • Unauthorized access to your wallet
  • Bugs or errors in smart contracts
  • Actions of third parties

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SolanaFlyer for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or community.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
